1x1 Training Packages

Busy schedule with the kids? Career-driven and need to find a balance? Lack of accountability and want to be in community? With specialized packages that keep you in mind together we can reach your goals.

  • Every woman’s body is as unique as her lifestyle. That’s why we work together to create a custom plan based on your schedule, your needs, and your goals so you can see lasting results.

    Two training options are available.

    1) Training at the Rehema Fitness Facility

    2) Training in your personal home gym *with specific gym requirements

    Package Includes:

    • A customized training program designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

    • 1-hour personal training sessions 3x/week (12 sessions per month with flexible scheduling)

    • Weekly Check-ins; Pictures, Measurements, Plan Adjustments.

    Cost:

    At Rehema Fitness Facility

    1) 2 Training days a week. $.220.00 per week

    or

    2) 3 Training days a week. $.300.00 per week ** Best Value **

    Minimum 3-Month Commitment

    At Personal Gym

    1) 2 Training days a week. $.240.00 per week

    • Weekly check-ins; pictures, measurements, and meal adjustments

  • Ready to make a comeback? Now that physical therapy is over, we can work on building strength, flexibility, and mobility to get you where you want to be!

    Two training options are available.

    1) Training at the Rehema Fitness Facility

    • A review of your physical therapy and routines and incorpating strength training, flexibility and mobility exercises to help you reach you continue to increase your recovery.

    • 1-hour personal training sessions 2x/week (8 sessions per month with flexible scheduling)

      Or

    • 3x/week (12 sessions per month) session frequency will depend on schedule flexibility and recovery needs.

Stronger Together Group Training

Need an extra push? Rehema Fitness Group classes are designed to keep you on your toes! Each class is uniquely designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! I combine high-intensity training, (intermediate to advanced) circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, core training, and stretching for a complete workout. So come join us for tons of fun and growth for all fitness levels!

Training Details:

  • 2-4 person groups

  • Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays with spots subject to availability.

  • Workouts include HITT, Circuit Training, Strength Training, and Conditioning.

Need extra help? I have at-home workout plans and mean guides to keep you making progress no matter where you are in the process.

  • Sometimes life is just too busy and you need to do what you can with what you have. With my at-home workout plan, you can continue your progress even if life gets a bit too hectic for 1x1 sessions.

  • Having a balanced diet of nutrients is key to feeling your best and plays a vital role in helping you reach your fitness goals. With my custom meal guide, I can help get you to make choices that see results by knowing what best to eat when based on your body and its specific needs.

 FAQs

  • A minimum of 3 months is required to participate in the Rehema Fitness program. If you decided to terminate your package before the 3 month commitment is completed, a cancellation fee equivalent to a one month package is required on the date of cancellation.

  • All packages have a one-month expiration and if all sessions are not completed within the month they will not roll over but, be terminated, and a new cycle of sessions will renew.

  • Payments will be due on the day you purchase your package. Your package will renew on the same date as the previous month.

  • All cancellations prior to a scheduled personal training session require a 24-hour advanced notice to rehemafitness@gmail.com or you will be charged the full amount. I will offer a 7-day Grace period session within each package expiration. In the event in a notice is not received 24 hours prior to a scheduled personal training session, you have the opportunity to make up that/for those sessions within 7 days of the initial cancellation.

  • All package sales are final. You are not entitled to any refunds or credits for any personal training sessions you unable to attend, and make-up sessions are not available for sessions cancelled without the required notice.

  • Acknowledgment & signature of Rehema Fitness Service agreement is required prior to training with the Rehema Fitness programs.

  • Brief description on the flow of the training.

  • Acknowledgment & signature of Rehema Fitness Service Agreement. 1:1 virtual or in-person tour of home equipment and space. Must be less than 10 miles from Rehema Fitness facility.

  • At the moment, childcare is not provided at the Rehema Fitness facility. For 1:1 training and group training sessessions, children can attend, but must not be a distraction or disruption to participants.

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer

  • I train both women & men.

  • Participants must be 18 years of age to train at the Rehema Fitness facility.
